Hello to all. Glad to have found this forum, looks like a lot of good information and tips on here. My wife, two boys and I live in Southwest Arkansas where the Sulphur River meets the Red River. I've got a homemade smoker/grill and have been wearing it out lately trying new recipes. We've been grinding a little sausage also, mostly with wild hogs that are trapped in the pastures. Just a greenhorn on the grinding but I want to learn a lot more about it. Looking forward to getting to know ya'll.
