Looks good! I'm gonna guess ham. Did you cure it yourself? What kind of wood did you use? What kind of smoker did you use? Don't be shy, we wanna know details!!

Yup this is just a cheap Ham from Wal-mart didn't cure it or even add any seasoning just tossed it in the smoker after slicing off un-needed fat and skin and smoked it for 5 hours while i was cold smoking all kinds of Fish it was amazing sliced it up and vacuum sealed up what I didn't eat and it is not lasting very long even frozen
