Hi guys and gals! I'm from London, Ontario, Canada. I've done a bit of smoking on a LP BBQ with a smoke box. I took up hunting a few years ago and have set a goal to learn sausage making. I just ordered a Maserbuilt 40" digital electric smoker(gen 2). I am in the process of finding an AMZNPS locally as the shipping cost is a bit crazy.

I have been reading many of the posts here and was a great resource to help with selecting the right smoker for me. I was originally looking at the Bradley's as that puck system is pretty slick. Fortunately folks here made me realize that it's not the smoker for me.

Looking forward to learning the basics then pick your brains as I get deeper into the world of smoking meat. [emoji]128077[/emoji]
