Just another smokaholic new guy

Yup, just another new guy who's always looking for new ideas and to share my love of smoking! I live in Sweet Home Alabama, I have been smoking for roughly 10 years, and I still feel like have a lot to learn! I have used many types of smokers in the past (mostly bought from the big box stores), I purchased A Good One Smoker and I loved it so much that I became a dealer! My specialty is chicken, but I love learning new things, right now I am about to try my hand at bacon since the first go around failed. I saw a recipe here that I have to try! Hope to chat up some ideas with you more "seasoned" guys out there!

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
