Put this 9 lb. butt in at about 8 last night. Got a great night of sleep with the et732 keeping an eye on things for me. I think this one is going to do a double stall on me. I'm sitting at 153* for two hours now. A little lower than my normal stall temp. Whenever this happens I usually hit another stall in the late 170*s. Just waiting for the sun to hit the smoker so I can do the morning temp adjustments.
