I was playing around with a photo editing program and thought i try posting the pic's to see what they looked like.
This is part of a shoulder I did 2 weeks ago. After a seven day cure in the frig.

after a long smoke over maple and a little hickory;

And something different for me, instead of cutting them in round slices, I cut the whole piece lengthwise and sliced it into a more traditional bacon slice;

Thanks for checking it out my bacon. Now I got to figure out how to resize the pics.

still playing around with pic's;

Nice looking Buckboard. The first and second pics are fine. The rest need some help.

Dan,
Your pictures are perfect, but your BB looks even better !

I hope this isn't too stupid of a question, but doesn't it matter which direction you slice it?
I'm on my second day of curing my first two shoulders (8 lbs each). It would be nice to know for sure before I start slicing those 2 BBS.

Thanks for the Qview,

Shweeeeeeet!
I love this stuff and so does everyone I have introduced it to. This is what a lot of folks on my Christmas list are gettin. Sliced and vacuum packed. Great Smoke!

Everything looks fine too me the only thing that could be better is a picture of me eating a BLT of your bacon. Other then that your pictures or great along with the bacon.
