Hey, I'm new to this forum. I want to start smoking brisket since that's always been my favorite food. I don't know if this is the right place to put this but last night about 2 am I put a brisket to smoke on my grill with a smoker. I temp gauge keeps saying it's only 150, but I think it might be broken. The inside of my brisket is at 145 should this be a normal temp for. The brisket to be at 9 hours after I put it to smoke?
