Just a simple Thanks

Just wanted to drop a line and say thank you to everyone for the warm welcome and the wonderful ideas. Going to the Butchers Block today to purchase my cuts of meat. Still not sure but i know a couple of fattys, a pig butt and maybe some ribs will be smelling up the nieghborhood this weekend. Ill snap some photos and hopefully post positive reviews of my first time run.
