Long time lurker from oklahoma city. I have a grillmaster pro wood smoker. I'm a beginner smoker and long time griller. I'm just starting out with smoking and im not to bad at grilling at this point, im an all charcoal and wood type of guy not gas here. Look forward to getting a lot of info here and making some great food!

I was just in your city in January. Spent some time at the Western Heritage Museum (while the Colt exhibit was there) and at the Federal Office Building Memorial. I thought they are both very well done.
