once again...........can't beleive it.............had a longer than usual stall. Wanted to let rest couple hours.........only got to let it rest 1/2 hour........natives WERE GETTING RESTLESS..........lololol

also since it was my sorta birthday supper, ( seeing how my birthday was last monday), my gift, which i needed BAD

cherry and apple smoked at 250 kinda/sorta...........
