Hello my name is Jon. I'm from Nashua New Hampshire. I've been smoking for about 3 year now. It all started with my dad who a great sportman. and wanted to make home made sausages,and try to smoke fish.We did it as a hobby. I use a Bradley smoker, 20 lb Sausage Maker smoker and a Weston propane smoker.and the newest Bradley digital smoker. When not working i'm smoking or making sausages.when I came across this web site my eyes open wide. wow..... I fround new friend who love the art of smoking meats.
