Joined Today And Thought I Would Say Hello

New to the forum, but not new to smoking. I've had a number of smokers over the years including Oklahoma Joe's, WSM, Klose offsets, etc. About 9 years ago I made the switch to electric with a Cookshack smoker. I now have 2 of them for different houses - an 008 and a 009.

My location varies a lot. My primary residence is in the Chicago, IL area, and I have a second home in Sarasota, FL as well as a place in Madrid, Spain. Beyond that, I travel about 80% of the time for business with some occasional  fun time for myself.

I look forward to getting involved with the forum, picking up some new tips, and making contributions as well.
