Well Santa came early - received a MES 30 QVC special today. It is outside seasoning right now - didn't do Qview as we have all the seen the shiny insides of the MES. Been reading and studying and can't wait to smoke something. I need lots of practice before Christmas dinner. The old ECB looks so lonely and sad now - it will still get plenty of use when I have time to watch the coals.

Thanks for all the knowledge again - you guys and gals are great!

You should be especially nice to Santa because Santa was expecially nice to you.

The MES does not make as nice a smoke ring as a Gasser or Stick burner but everything else makes up for that. Easy and, cheap to use, turns out awesome product. What's not to like?

I Love My MES, Hmmm that would make a good bumper sticker. It gives new meaning to the phrase , clean up your MES.
