Hi guys! I not really a newbee having used a little chief for the last forty years but I did take the plunge into serious smoking. (actually quit smoking over a year ago but whose bragging) I have a Smoke Hollow Smoker and really want to do jerky, salmon, pork shoulders, etc. etc.
I am a music teacher by profession and a professional Jazz pianist, an avid fly fisherman , bird hunter, and my wife and I love riding bike and kayaking.
I found your site and decided to learn from people who do this for real!!!
That's about it about me! John
