Just stepped up to a Lang.  I've wanted something along this scale for some time.  Thought about the brick smoker / cooker and never found anyone local who would build one.  So did the next best thing and sought out a steel specialty cooker.

I live in north Central Florida so it was a mere 2 hour drive to their shop, took the tour and Ben was very accommodating and friendly to speak with.  Gave me great advice and I took the leap!

I've been cooking outdoors for over 40 years, never competed and not sure I'd want to anyway, just not me.  Like most here I've cooked on many different devices from homemade to big box store units.  So now I'll be learning all over again what not to do!

I hope to learn as much from y'all as an old guy can absorb...
