Smoked 4 real nice Chicken breast for Sundays game,35* outside using Pecan chips.

I don't remember the brand of charcoal,it took about an hr to get cooking.

Once it started it stayed

Checked the breast after 1 hr 35 min. they were just done sitting at 180*

They were coated with my sons rub, nice and moist inside

Thanks for looking
