Here are some shots of jerky I made last week. This was a little over 2lbs of top round that my butcher sliced for me. They were still pretty frozen. Perfectly sliced into 1/4" slices Cut up for marinade I put them in my usual recipe: 1/2 Cup Woozy 1/2 cup soy sauce 2 cloves garlic 1Tbsp Brown sugar Then I added 2 TBSP of TQ Here they are after sitting over night then rinsed dried A few shots after smoke for the afternoon with Maple, they were a little too dry but very tasty!
