Hello Everyone,

Does anyone know what the salt content is in Jeff's rubs and sauces? I try to keep my sodium count as low as possible. Alternatively, could a salt substitute be used in his recipes in place of this ingredient?

Thank you, in advance, to all of you.

Phil
