Had some extra thick bacon and said "Hey! Why not just grill up the rest of the bacon but what could I sprinkle on it first? Then the light came on between my ears that I did this some time ago with Jeff's rub.

Great but will say that the black chunks of the cooked rub is pretty strong.  Next time, I'll lightly rub the black chunks off after I cook.  I did this before and vacuum sealed and froze the finish product for future snacking.
