 Limited initial print run probably. Lot of books start that way now unless its expected to be a big seller.

Got through it today.  Great Job Jeff.  Great informational book for beginners along with enough new ideas to try even for someone who has been smoking for a while.  Great Book.

It is only on iTunes at this point but I've been told that it will be on Kindle this week and soon to be on Nook and Sony very soon. Apparently there is a lot of formatting that goes into getting it ready for digital publishing.

I will try to keep everyone posted on FB and/or on here as I get better information.
