    that recipe sounds good too, its amazing how jeffs is so simple but has a great flavor, i do add pepper to it. hey Myth what is your pic?

    That meatloaf recipe that I posted is easily the best that I've ever had.  It would be awesome smoked!  I'm gonna do it for sure.

    i got these in a three pack at walmart they work great, and you can wash and reuse them,it was square but i cut it oval shaped to fit on my old brinkman ecb or you can use one of these deals for the grill[​IMG][​IMG]

    Smoked meatloaf is a staple 'round here; twice a month!!

    I do have to ask though. Is that canned asparagus I see on your plate??

    i used 2 slices of fresh bread for the bread crumbs,  I dont know if thats what makes mine stay so moist?

    I used the slatines for the first time and it was moist as all.

    Looks delicious!! By the way, your kitty looks just like my oldest cat, Tommy. He'd be doing the same thing in the kitchen, hoping for a drop to fall his way. [​IMG]
