Hello

My name is Brian and I purchased my first smoker this spring to replace a worn out grill. Luckily I found this web site, subscribed to the newsletter and got the rub and sauce receipes. Some of the things I have cooked this summer ( Ham and Baby Backs) have been well received by my family and friends. As you can see in the pictures above my holiday smoker is rather full!! There are a dozen turkey legs, a 10 lb ham and three cornish hens. And Jeff its all your fault!!!!

About the cornish hens. If you like beer can chicken try this: Use the cans from a energy drink for the cornish hens. As you can see they fit nicely, and I opened up the tops a little to give a better flow of vapor.

Thanks Jeff for all the good info.
