Just stopping by for a quick introduction. Been "lurking" in the smoke reading for a while, decided to join in the fun. Been smoking for about 2 yrs now. Picking up a lot of new ideas. Started off with a little "smoker chip box" on the grill, then a Masterbuilt 40 and now the proud owner of a Camp Chef pellet grill (love it) I think the only thing better would be a Yoder....(In time Mr Impatient) great forum...Hopefully I can keep learning and maybe add a few things as I go! With that, I'm off to post my first pics of tonight's smoke!

I too have a pellet grill, (Rec Tec) and I am 100% happy with the unit.  Remember the search bar at the top of the page here, it can be your best friend.  Have a question, just search for it there.  Have a question or an issue you can't find, just post a question and someone will come along and help you with it.

and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
