Jalapenos Sausage Bacon poppers

    Got this recipe from a thread on this site. My second smoking adventure.




    I'll update with finished product pictures in a few hours.

    The trouble I found is consistency in heat from the jalapeños. Some were nothing, others were very intense. Overall this is a must smoke dish. Prep time is high though. Set aside a good 40 minutes for the amount I made.

    ABT's are a fav of mine. But as you said the Heat range varies greatly. Bad News for folks that can't handle heat but It does create a Russian Roulette like nervous anticipation watching your guests eating them!...[​IMG]   [​IMG][​IMG]...JJ
