It's been a while since I've been around here...but today I decided to try one of the recipes from the recent newsletter. I smoked two pork butts on the 18.5 WSM I picked up used for $40 a while back. I mixed some of the pulled pork with more rub, diced jalapeños, crushed pineapple, and some juice from a jar of pickled jalapeños. Turned out great!
