ive gotta try bbb, any help

    ok I have seen you all doing buck board bacon and I have got to try this. im thinking a big 2lb chunk of it in some green beans and taters cooked all day sounds greeeaaat!  where do I start? the pork part is easy enough, what cures, ratios spices ect ect. gonna cold smoke with apple/hickory,,, just goes good on pork.

    Here's a mix of half "Buckboard Bacon" & half "Pulled Cured Boston Butt Ham". It works out great that way, or you can pull it all at 145* IT making it all BBB.
