actually, it's two pounds of pork breakfast sausage.

last time i made a fatty, it was more of a meatloaf, with lean ground beef.

this tiime, i have sausage and want to make soemthing good for breakfast.

nothing fancy, nothing too complicated, and because of my wife's sensitive tummy, nothing too spicy.

    any ideas?

PS - please forgive the typo of PARADISE!

    Go with the KISS method....
Roll em in your favorite rub and smoke till 160*!
    Enjoy!!

I have done them with hash browns, cheese, scrambled eggs, onions, and green peppers. Turned out great.

sounding good! i am planning this for sunday morning, so i've got a day or so. just wo lbs, so nothing too elaborate. planned on rolling into one fattie, but will do two smaller ones, if necessary.

the hash browns, cheese and scrambled eggs sounds good, but then again, so does the simple roll in the rub!

    keep the ideas coming!
