I havent been on here for quite awhile, when I was I experimented with fatties and and ribs they both turned out really well, im going smoke a ham Dec. 19 for our family's christmas i'll post some pic's, gonna make some jalepeno pepper jelly today [ got14u recipe ] i'll post some pics of that this afternoon....thanks to everyone for a very informative site...alot of good stuff here. here is some hot italian brats i made yesterday...just store bought seasoning for my first time, turned out good.

Glad you haven't stopped smoking up some goodness, nice job on those brats!

Hey there Fire it up I do have a plan for the ham, it is Jeff's video. Man that is one good looking ham, I want to inject it with a marinade I found called honey praline if anyone has ever tried this if not i will use something from this site. Here are a couple of pics of the hot jelly i made today, and a pic of the brats after they got out of the smoker... sorry i didnt get the whole deal on here, first time making jelly and it turned out awesome, thanks to got14u for the recipe. My wife doesnt like it and neither does my kids, wow how luckey can a man get lol. Thanks Paul for the tip on the pics, I to like bigger pics so I will be sure to remember that, deer season here in ohio starts tomorrow so i will be making some more sausages and what ever with venison so more pics to come....thanks for a friendly website! I dont think i did the pics right, im pressed for time i have to go out of town tonight for work tomorrow...i'll figure it out later thanks again Paul.
