It's wing Saturday

  1. Just threw some wings on. Put a little home rub on them and when they hit 165º I'll dip them in white bbq sauce and grill to crisp the skin. That should do it.

    The White BBQ sauce may burn be careful!  But they will taste sooooo good!

  4. Looking good at 30 min. I couldn't find my probe holder , so I did the potato thing.

  5. Just a little over a hour and already dipped and grill finished . End temps  smoker 165 off the grill at 170-175. they should be good.

  7. They were great. Being from Maryland they did need a little Old Bay.
