I just got through picking my first chiles of the season, some are a little young, but it will ecourage more to grow.

These are a mix of NM Big Jim, Espanola, and Lumbre.

My first batch of Chichimeca jalapenos.

It;looks like I'll have plenty of fresh chile for salsas this year. I still will buy 90 lbs. of NM Hatch chile freshly roasted in mid-August. I'll give the location of where you can buy them if you're in the SoCal area, in a later thread,

Thanks for checking out my fresh supply of natural/organic heat.

Those look very nice. Seeing them makes me want to grow some peppers, but ive never been much a grower, just a consumer.

Now that's gonna be a mess of salsa you have there Rich. It would be nice to have some of that salsa. I'll have to see in your later threads.

  9. Nice looking peppers. Still waiting for my plants to produce. Have flowers on my jalapeno and habanero. Still waiting for my others to get bigger. They are still under 4" tall.
