I don't post a lot it seems.   I do keep up with a couple threads but thought I'd post a couple pictures from my last smoke.

11 butts and  17 hrs later  my day was finally complete.  Package and pan for the kind folks who bought it.

5am.  Love Jeff's rub.  Applied the night before.   People in these parts love the flavor.   Many have ask for the recipe.   I just say a bunch of stuff I threw together.

I couldn't resist.

Not all pork is the same.  If you've ever smoked over an open fire, you know it has a flavor that can't be matched.
