Don't care how cold it is or what the weather is like outside when the family says "Dad how about some ribs". The Bossman is all over it like white on rice

Here are the ribs I did the other night when with the windchill was down around -5, oh and there is NO "Q" sauce on these ribs, just a glaze of applejuice, honey and brown sugar put on during the last 20-minutes of smoking!

Yeah the glaze is what makes it thats for sure! give it a try and see what you think!

I did 3-2 on these, 3 hours smoked, 1 hour foiled and they were done. Thought if I put them back on for another hour they would have dried out.
