Ist time

    I'm about 1.5 hours into 1st smoke 2 pork roasts 5lbs each . Temp on grill about 225 all looks good will post pics later

    About 4 hours In each roast interal temp 185 is that ok?

    At 185º it's done, But for slicing i like 195º, 205º for pullin

    I'm sure the thing has a browser, it would be like uploading pics from a computer, I'm guessing. It is made by apple, so the process is likely to be bass-ackwards.

    Send them to your comp. email then load them on here from your comp...thats what I do.
