Is this a posible true temp

    I put 2 Boston butts on at 530 this morning it is 10:10 my internal temp in the one with the probe is 152. That seems to high for just 5 hours. I have been smoking at 230-250. Any input will help thanks.

    Keep letting them go. You're fine. Every now and then I think the same thing. I usually think my probe isn't in far enough, so I grab a second one and double check.

    Make sure yall ain't in a pocket a fat er against the bone cause that throws the temps off. An remember, ya still got the stall ta go through what is gonna add some time to.
