    Hi there

I have just joined but have been reading and smoking for a littlecwhile now.

I am looking to build a new smoker but i am not sure wether what i build will be viable.

    Bit of back story.

I live in the UK  in a pretty small house with next to no garden and no storage space.

I have an old metal smoker that i use occasionally depending on weather and if i can get hold of any charcoal.

Now i would love to be able to build a brick smoker and use wood but as i said i have nowhere to store it so....

Would using gas be a viable option in a brick smoker.

I know it may be frowned on but i thoight i would ask and hopefully get some ideas for and against.

    Thanks for reading

Small house.  No garden.  No storage space.  Bad weather.  So what you are saying is you live in the U.K..  [IMG]   Gas in a brick smoker?  I might worry about condensation.  But what do I know?  I am NOT the brick smoker guy.  Wes is the brick smoker guy.  If I see Wes has missed this I will PM him in a couple days and get you an answer.  I think he will spot this though.  Glad to have you with us.  Keep Smokin!
