Greetings! My name's Rich and I've been stalking here for a while but I figured it's time for me to make an account. My wife bought me a Bradley original a few weeks back and I was finally able to get it seasoned last week while we were putting venison in the freezer to run through it! I'm in NW WI and I've already found that a second element is going to be neccesary to use this in the winter...it was barely able to hold the 150F to season it. Can't wait to start making all sorts of stuff in it!
