  1. Hello all

My name is Steven and I run a junk hauling and recycling company in San Diego.  I recently did a job for the Hard Rock Cafe and acquired a very large Yield King smoker and some smaller ones.  I am thinking about selling some and using one for making some real good meat.  look forward to talking to everyone.

Welcome to the site Steven.  Got any pictures of the smokers?
  6. Thank you for all the warm welcomes.  Here is the industrial smoker.  I am going to sell this one.  At the bottom is the charbroil brand one I am going to keep.  Last year I learned the art of wood smoking chicken on smaller charcoal type grill.  I am looking forward to some yummy eats with the Char Broil.

  7. Nice !!!

WOW!  That Yieldking is an impressive unit.  I had never heard of them before but it looks like it's worth a small fortune.
