Hello everyone. My name is Blake and I have been following the forum for a little while and finally decided to join. My FIL gave me the Brinkman Electric smoker last year (he bought it at a garage sale, used it for years, then gave it to me so it was well "seasoned") and I started learning the basics using the Smoking Meat Cookbook. This year for Christmas I bought myself the 30" glass door MES. I am no even more hooked than before. I have already started tinkering with it and have a few smoking seasons under my belt.
