Hello all, I am from southeast SD.I have been smoking meat for almost a year now so I am relatively new to the game. I am not sure I would have the success I have had without the Smoking meat.com newsletter and website. I am a huge fan and finally decided to take the plunge into the forum. I have a 40" Masterbuilt electric smoker that I have had a lot of fun with. Some of my favorites are: smoked pizza, BCC, and anything wrapped in bacon! I look forward to posting and reading all of the expertise and experiences out there.
