Introducing myself

Hi everyone. My name is Chris and I just joined last night. I've been smoking for approx 3 years now and absolutely LOVE it!!! I have a Smokin Tex smoker and another larger electric food warmer Crestor unit that I've converted into a large capacity smoker.

Started out smokin for my family but last year developed a part time catering business which I'm hoping to expand on a much larger scale in the months, years to come.
