Hey everybody! New to the site but have been reading/researching for some time now. Live on the Space Coast of Florida but originally from Western NC. New to smoking, about a year or so now, and have been enjoying learning from the forum. Have had some great success smoking ribs, beer can chickens, and a few butts. Looking forward to becoming a regular poster!
