Hello to everyone on the site! I have read so much here and learned a great deal. I am currently active duty armed forces I love to hunt and fish and truly enjoy using my electric smoker. I cook a lot and currently process a lot of wild game using my smoker and grill. I look forward to exchanging ideas and lessons learned after all that's how we get better at doing the things we enjoy. God bless.
