Hello, Spicy53 here, just got on this forum after seeing a cedar smoker I was thinking about building one myself. I have a Kingfisher Smoker mounted on a trailer with rotating trays, but it is more for catering. I'm looking to preserve meat, and have a very nice piece of lawn furniture.
