Hello! We live in N.E. Arkansas. My wife bought me a Masterbuilt electric smoker a month ago and we love it! We're looking to learn more from this forum. I am Retired as well as my wife. We are wanting to Smoke a 10.0 lb Pork Butt for our Grandsons College Graduation, and are wanting for pulled pork. We will be using hickory chips. Our Spareribs have been perfect. But our first time for a Butt. We are curious to what time to start, temp and internal done time. Do we also mist with Apple juice like cooking ribs. We have a Family Favorite rub we use.
