Hello all!
I'm Ryan and I am currently in Tucson Az. Bought a Masterbuilt vertical propane "dual fuel" last weekend. Seasoned it this week, and ran my first real smoke today.
Ran a brisket and some turkey legs.
Turkey was fantastic! Just pulled the brisket out and letting it set before we devour it.

I can already tell I want the fire tape to seal up the doors, but so far we are very happy with our first attempt.

Wife just came home with some ribs and more wood, so might be a great weekend if smoke!

Good morning and welcome to the forum, from a warm sunny day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
