Can you tell me how and where to install a thermometer in a MECO Aussie Walkabout Grill. The grills do not come with them, and I asked Customer Service, and they did not recommend it. I am interested in buying one of these grills and I would like to get your opinions of these US made grills, whether they are good or bad.
Also, can you tell which are the best thermometers to put into the vent of the charcoal grill and which ones are the best for the grill's surface?.
