Injected pork not at 140 after 4 hours

    I've had an apple sauce injected 10lb shoulder on the smoker at about 225 for the last 4 1/2 hours.  Its currently at 135 and not twitching so I'm getting a little concerned.  Should I wrap it now and hope that speeds up the process?

    You are Fine...Let it ride. 135 for 30 minutes is just as effective as 140 for 11 minutes, at killing bacteria...JJ
