    I'm making the wicked baked beans that everyone loves so much! I did substitute the bacon with cubed rib tips from the last time I smoked some whole spare ribs. they were just sitting on the counter and the kitchen smelled so good!! I also smoked an 8lb pork butt yesterday that is about to go back into the smoker to reheat. I'll get a pic and post when everything is done.
