Well, I stumbled on a heckuva deal on cooker a couple weeks ago that I absolutely couldn't let pass me by. So, I'm a proud new owner of a new Kamado Joe (Big Joe). New, all accessories, full warranty, etc. Really good deal...I didn't know if I would ever pony up for a ceramic (BGE, KJ, Primo were the three that I had on my list of "one day"), but I did and am very happy with the purchase.

Here's Joe with the TBS rolling...

My first cook was baby backs (loin backs actually) and some jalapeño cheddar sausage. Simple cook, but man these ribs were super moist and tender. Not many pics, sorry, but I've been playing around with the KJ more than snapping photos.

Nice smoke and nice new toy !
