We finally have some nice weather here and I'm ready for up the ole smoker..... I need some inspiration.

In suggestions? I did a butt not to long ago so I'm looking to do something different.

How about a nice meatloaf? Mix up some ground beef & pork sausage , chopped onion n peppers , mix in some bbq sauce make a nice loaf and drape it with bacon. Smoke it to 165 and there you go. Throw some taters on the grate and don't forget a green veg to make it healthy !

Lean meatloaf is one of my 3 favorite go to smokes, along with 1" NY strip steaks with a little SPOG and bone-in chicken breasts. As long as they're smoked low and slow they never seem to fail me.
